The ABC130 barrel module prototyping programme for the ATLAS strip tracker / ATLAS Collaboration
For the Phase-II Upgrade of the ATLAS Detector, its Inner Detector, consisting of silicon pixel, silicon strip and transition radiation sub-detectors, will be replaced with an all new 100 % silicon tracker, composed of a pixel tracker at inner radii and a strip tracker at outer radii. The future ATLAS strip tracker will include 11,000 silicon sensor modules in the central region (barrel) and 7,000 modules in the forward region (end-caps), which are foreseen to be constructed over a period of 3.5 years. [...]

Front-end Electronics of the Forward Strip Detector for the ATLAS HL-LHC Upgrade / Garcia Argos, Carlos (Freiburg U.) ; Greenall, Ashley (Liverpool U.) ; Hauser, Marc (Freiburg U.) ; Jakobs, Karl (Freiburg U.) ; Mahboubi, Kambiz (Freiburg U.) ; Parzefal, Ulrich (Freiburg U.) ; Wiik-Fuchs, Liv Antje Mari (Freiburg U.) ; Wonsak, Sven (U. Liverpool (main))
The ATLAS Experiment will upgrade its central tracking detector with an all-silicon Inner Tracker(ITk) for the HL-LHC, comprising pixel and strip detectors. The strip detector is based on siliconstrip sensors, which are read out by low mass, radiation hard circuits carrying custom designedradiation hard ASICs in 130 nm technology. [...]

Testbeam evaluation of silicon strip modules for ATLAS Phase - II Strip Tracker Upgrade / ATLAS Collaboration
The planned HL-LHC (High Luminosity LHC) is being designed to maximise the physics potential of the LHC with 10 years of operation at instantaneous luminosities of \mbox{$7.5\times10^{34}\;\mathrm{cm}^{-2}\mathrm{s}^{-1}$}. [...]

ATLAS ITk Short Strip Prototype Module with Integrated DCDC Powering and Control Phase II Upgrade of the ATLAS Inner Tracker detector at the HL - LHC / Greenall, Ashley (University of Liverpool) /ATLAS Collaboration
The prototype Barrel module design, for the Phase II upgrade of the of the new Inner Tracker (ITk) detector at the LHC, has adopted an integrated low mass assembly featuring single-sided flexible circuits, with readout ASICs, glued to the silicon strip sensor. Further integration has been achieved by the attachment of module DCDC powering, HV sensor biasing switch and autonomous monitoring and control to the sensor. [...]

The High Luminosity Upgrade of the LHC will require the replacement of the Inner Detector of ATLAS with the Inner Tracker (ITk) in order to cope with higher radiation levels and higher track densities. Prototype silicon strip detector modules are currently developed and their performance is studied in both particle test beams and X-ray beams. [...]

The planned HL-LHC (High Luminosity LHC) in 2025 is being designed to maximise the physics potential through a sizable increase in the luminosity, totalling 1x10^35 cm^-2 s^-1 after 10 years of operation. A consequence of this increased luminosity is the expected radiation damage at 3000 fb^-1, requiring the tracking detectors to withstand hadron equivalences to over 1x10^16 1 MeV neutrons per cm^2.
