The discovery of the Higgs boson in 2012, by the ATLAS and CMS experiments, was a success achieved with only a percent of the entire dataset foreseen for the LHC. It opened a landscape of possibilities in the study of Higgs boson properties, Electroweak Symmetry breaking and the Standard Model in general, as well as new avenues in probing new physics beyond the Standard Model. Report from Working Group 1 : Standard Model Physics at the HL-LHC and HE-LHC
/ Azzi, P. (INFN, Padua) ; Farry, S. (Liverpool U.) ; Nason, P. (INFN, Milan Bicocca ; Milan Bicocca U.) ; Tricoli, A. (Brookhaven Natl. Lab.) ; Zeppenfeld, D. (KIT, Karlsruhe, TP) ; Abdul Khalek, R. The successful operation of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) and the excellent performance of the ATLAS, CMS, LHCb and ALICE detectors in Run-1 and Run-2 with $pp$ collisions at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13 TeV as well as the giant leap in precision calculations and modeling of fundamental interactions at hadron colliders have allowed an extraordinary breadth of physics studies including precision measurements of a variety physics processes. The LHC results have so far confirmed the validity of the Standard Model of particle physics up to unprecedented energy scales and with great precision in the sectors of strong and electroweak interactions as well as flavour physics, for instance in top quark physics. Updated NNLO QCD predictions for the weak radiative B-meson decays
/ Misiak, M. (Warsaw U.) ; Asatrian, H.M. (Yerevan Phys. Inst.) ; Boughezal, R. (Argonne) ; Czakon, M. (RWTH Aachen U.) ; Ewerth, T. (KIT, Karlsruhe, TTP) ; Ferroglia, A. (CUNY, Graduate School - U. We perform an updated analysis of the inclusive weak radiative B-meson decays in the standard model, incorporating all our results for the O(alpha_s^2) and lower-order perturbative corrections that have been calculated after 2006. New estimates of non-perturbative effects are taken into account, too. [...]

We present the achievements of the last years of the experimental and theoretical groups working on hadronic cross section measurements at the low energy e+e- colliders in Beijing, Frascati, Ithaca, Novosibirsk, Stanford and Tsukuba and on tau decays. We sketch the prospects in these fields for the years to come. [...]

Estimate of $BR(\overline{B} \to X_{s}\gamma)$ at $O(\alpha_{s^2})$
/ Misiak, M. (Warsaw U. ; CERN) ; Asatrian, H.M. (Yerevan Phys. Inst.) ; Bieri, K. (Bern U.) ; Czakon, M. (Wurzburg U.) ; Czarnecki, A. (Alberta U.) ; Ewerth, T. (Bern U.) ; Ferroglia, A. (Freiburg U.) ; Gambino, P. (INFN, Turin ; Turin U.) ; Gorbahn, M. (Karlsruhe U., TTP) ; Greub, C. (Bern U.) et al.
Combining our results for various O(alpha_s^2) corrections to the weak radiative B-meson decay, we are able to present the first estimate of the branching ratio at the next-to-next-to-leading order in QCD. We find BR(B -> X_s gamma) = (3.15 +_ 0.23) x 10^-4 for E_gamma > 1.6 GeV in the B-meson rest frame. [...]

We calculate the two-loop virtual, UV renormalized corrections at order \alpha^4 (N_F=1) in QED to the Bhabha scattering differential cross section, for arbitrary values of the squared c.m. energy s and momentum transfer t, and on-shell electrons and positrons of finite mass m. [...]
