$^{208}$Po populated through EC/β$^{+}$ decay / Brunet, M (Surrey U.) ; Berry, T A (Surrey U.) ; Podolyák, Zs (Surrey U.) ; Carroll, R J (Surrey U.) ; Lica, R (CERN ; Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Sotty, Ch (Bucharest, IFIN-HH ; Leuven U.) ; Andreyev, A N (York U., England) ; Borge, M J G (CERN) ; Cubiss, J G (CERN ; York U., England) ; Fraile, L M (Madrid U.) et al.
The structure of $^{208}$Po resulting from the EC/β + decay of $^{208}$At was studied at CERN’s ISOLDE Decay Station (IDS). The high statistics afforded by the high yield of $^{208}$At and the high efficiency HPGe clusters at the IDS allowed for greater insight into lower intensity transitions and thus significant expansion of the $^{208}$Po level scheme. High-Statistics Sub-Barrier Coulomb Excitation of $^{106,108,110}$Sn / Park, J (Lund U.) ; Knyazev, A (Lund U.) ; Rickert, E (Lund U.) ; Golubev, P (Lund U.) ; Cederkäll, J (Lund U. ; CERN) ; Andreyev, A N (CERN ; York U., England) ; de Angelis, G (INFN, Legnaro) ; Arnswald, K (Cologne U.) ; Barber, L (Manchester U.) ; Berger, C (Munich, Tech. U.) et al.
A Coulomb excitation campaign on $^{106,108,110}$Sn at 4.4–4.5 MeV/u was launched at the HIE-ISOLDE facility at CERN. Larger excitation cross sections and γ-ray statistics were achieved compared to previous experiments at ∼2.8 MeV/u. [...]

Physics with post-accelerated beams at ISOLDE: nuclear reactions / Di Pietro, A (INFN, LNS) ; Riisager, K (Aarhus U.) ; Duppen, P Van (KU Leuven, Dept. Phys. Astron.)
Nuclear-reaction studies have until now constituted a minor part of the physics program with post-accelerated beams at ISOLDE, mainly due to the maximum energy of REX-ISOLDE of around 3 MeV/u that limits reaction work to the mass region below A = 100. We give an overview of the current experimental status and of the physics results obtained so far. [...]

Collectivity in ${}^{\mathrm{196,198}}$Pb isotopes probed in Coulomb-excitation experiments at REX-ISOLDE / Pakarinen, J (Jyvaskyla U. ; CERN) ; Grahn, T (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Gaffney, L P (KU Leuven, Dept. Phys. Astron. ; Liverpool U.) ; Algora, A (Valencia U., IFIC ; Debrecen, Inst. Nucl. Res.) ; Bauer, C (Darmstadt, Tech. Hochsch.) ; Blazhev, A (Cologne U.) ; Bree, N (KU Leuven, Dept. Phys. Astron.) ; Cocolios, T E (CERN) ; Witte, H De (KU Leuven, Dept. Phys. Astron.) ; Diriken, J (KU Leuven, Dept. Phys. Astron.) et al.
The neutron-deficient ${}^{\mathrm{196,198}}$Pb isotopes have been studied in Coulomb-excitation experiments employing the Miniball γ-ray spectrometer and radioactive ion beams from the REX-ISOLDE post-accelerator at CERN. The reduced transition probabilities of the first excited 2(+) states in (196)Pb and (198)Pb nuclei have been measured for the first time. [...]

$β$ decay studies of n-rich Cs isotopes with the ISOLDE Decay Station / Lică, R (CERN ; Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Benzoni, G (INFN, Milan) ; Morales, A I (INFN, Milan) ; Borge, M J G (CERN ; Madrid, Inst. Estructura Materia) ; Fraile, L M (UCM, Madrid, Dept. Phys.) ; Mach, H (Warsaw U.) ; Madurga, M (CERN) ; Sotty, C (Bucharest, IFIN-HH ; Leuven U.) ; Vedia, V (UCM, Madrid, Dept. Phys.) ; Witte, H De (Leuven U.) et al.
Neutron-rich Ba isotopes are expected to exhibit octupolar correlations, reaching their maximum in isotopes around mass A = 146. The odd-A neutron-rich members of this isotopic chain show typical patterns related to non-axially symmetric shapes, which are however less marked compared to even-A ones, pointing to a major contribution from vibrations. The SPEDE spectrometer: combined in-beam $\gamma$-ray and conversion electron spectroscopy with radioactive ion beams / Papadakis, Philippos (Helsinki U. ; Jyvaskyla U.) ; Pakarinen, Janne (Helsinki U. ; Jyvaskyla U.) ; Butler, Peter A (Liverpool U.) ; Cox, Daniel M (Liverpool U.) ; Davies, Paul (York U., England ; Newcastle upon Tyne U.) ; Greenlees, Paul (Helsinki U. ; Jyvaskyla U.) ; Herzberg, Rolf-Dietmar (Liverpool U.) ; Huyse, Mark (KU Leuven, Dept. Phys. Astron.) ; Jenkins, David G (York U., England) ; Konki, Joonas (Jyvaskyla U. ; Helsinki U.) et al.
The SPEDE conversion electron spectrometer will be combined with the Miniball germanium detector array for combined in-beam electron and $\gamma$-ray spectroscopy with radioactive ion beams. SPEDE will be primarily employed in Coulomb excitation experiments at HIE-ISOLDE, CERN..

Shapes and collectivity in neutron deficient even-mass 188–198Pb isotopes / Pakarinen, J (Jyvaskyla U. ; CERN ; Helsinki Inst. of Phys.) ; Grahn, T (Jyvaskyla U. ; CERN) ; Algora, A (Valencia U., IFIC) ; Bree, N (KU Leuven, Dept. Phys. Astron.) ; Cocolios, T E (CERN) ; Diriken, J (KU Leuven, Dept. Phys. Astron.) ; Fernier, P (CERN) ; Gaffney, L P (Liverpool U. ; KU Leuven, Dept. Phys. Astron.) ; Hadyńska-Klȩk, K (Warsaw U., Heavy Ion Lab) ; Herzáň, A (Jyvaskyla U.) et al.
The neutron deficient $^{188–198}$Pb isotopes have been studied in a Coulomb excitation measurement employing the Miniball spectrometer and radioactive beams from REX-ISOLDE, CERN. These isotopes are of particular importance as they lie in a transitional region, where the intruding structures, associated with different deformed shapes, come down in energy close to the spherical ground state.
