Set Of Clear Handmade Christmas Cards

 Hey friends, it's FINALLY FRIDAY!
Hope your holiday season is good as it begins. Today I have a set of three
Christmas cards I created from the December Kit.
You know sometimes cards don't have to be layered and fancy to be
simply beautiful. Sometimes have an acrylic front or something really
unique just makes it gorgeous from the start.
There was acrylic in the December Kit so I cut it down and created these cards.
Each one has a different image from the Simple Stories line in the kit.
I added ribbon and glitter from my stash but the rest was the kit.
Can't wait to give these out this year, if I get around to mailing!
Happy Friday friends.

Merry Christmas Acrylic Bell Card

It's that time of year, time to have fun creating.
I have so many projects to share this week!

I have been busy with holiday photo shoots as well, so stay tuned.
But today I wanted to share a Clear Scraps Send It Clear Bell Card I
created for Christmas.
I used Krylon gold spray paint on the acrylic bell and added a Clear Scraps
frame to paint as well.
I LOVE using glitter in the winter for snow I think I should have
been born in a snow state LOL
The clear card is so much fun, and they come pre-cut all you have to
to is decorate and assemble!

Merry Christmas friends....Love to all.

Ribbon Wreath Card…With Instructions! WHAT WHAT?!

Good morning friends,
It's that time again- time for a fun tutorial using my FAVORITE
I created this card and made this ruffly ribbons wreath by hand.
Let me share how. :)
Cut out a 2.5-3" circle from heavy duty CutCardStock.
Fold Double Ruffle Kiwi ribbon and stitch around edges of card stock.
Fold each time you go about 1/2".
Trim out the middle of the card stock.
Using Xyron Adhesive Dots- adhere vintage bracelet.
(easy find from Goodwills around the USA!)
I got mine in a Gauche Alchemy Kit.
 Add embellishments to wreath.
Using Xyron Mega Runner- adhere patterned paper to CutCardStock card base.
Add extra Satin ribbon and Pearls!
That's it! A gorgeous moment from this holiday season.

We are getting close to Christmas and it's almost time for my break.
I love holiday projects and it is had for me to quit! LOL

Merry Christmas friends!!

I *heart* Christmas....

 Good morning friends,
Happy Tuesday to you all, hopefully it is a splendid week.
I truly do *heart* Christmas, but I think it's less about Christmas
as much as it is about the time off with the family, the cold weather
and the warm nights inside snuggling up with games or movies.
I also love making extra special crafts in December for special friends.
Like this card I created using CutCardStock and Clear Scraps.
Be sure to head over to the CCS blog and
try the instruction tutorial I set up!
I love these amazing products and stand behind them 100%! :)
Products Used: CutCardStock, Clear Scraps, Connie Crystal, Xyron, Avocado Arts, Crafter's Companion.

Clear Scraps And DCVW With A PRIZE Package! :)

Good morning friends and welcome to the Clear Scraps + DCVW
cross promotion with prizes of course!

I project today is this Clear Scraps Send It Clear Acrylic card using
DCVW Woven Paper inside. I love love the texture!
Lately I have been obsessed with GOLD spray paint (for real it's bad people)
and I felt the need to just spray paint the crap out of this card! LOL
I used the Damask Mascil from CS on the Woven Paper and
also on the outside doors to the card.
I used a crystal ornament I created for the cover.
And added tons of snowy glitter to the edges.
I love this card, the whole concept of the Send It Clear line is amazing.

Step By Step Christmas Card Tutorial!

Good morning and happy hump day my friends,

So here is my holiday theory (since you all wanted to know I am sure).
You cannot ever EVER have too much glitter during the holidays
EVER!

In keeping with that-
I thought today I would randomly post a step by step tutorial for a
Christmas card, since I am starting on my cards and I have all these fun
products to play with! :)
I will let the photos tell the story: you will need...
Crate Paper, Gold embossing powder, Heat Gun, Avocado Arts
Xyron Glue Stick, chunky white glitter, scissors, trimmer,
white card stock card base (4.5X6"), Liquid Pearls or Pearl Pen
a sheet of foam and Xyron Sticker Maker to make pop dots.

 It's glittered, it's fun and it's CHRISTMAS!
If you have any questions just holler at me in the comments!
I will be back tomorrow with a big project- so stay tuned!!! :)
Thanks for popping by friends....

~Embossing W/ Enamel Powders & Stamps~

Good morning and happy day before Thanksgiving!

I know you all are probably running around crazy busy, today
is my baking day. Most of my close friends left town for Thanksgiving
but a few stragglers stayed, and we will be spending the day together.

I am in charge of the pies! :) Anyways...on to the crafts right?

I created this card using Momenta papers (I love their new lines) and
to add the copper colors. And I used Avocado Arts stamps to create the
trees, then I used the enamel powder on them to make it really special.

I love the whole look, if I had enough paper I would make all my Christmas
cards just like these! I also used a White Pearl Pen to create the snow~
I had a fun time with this one...you should totally try the enamel powders! :)

Ok off to bake my friends...
I will be taking tomorrow off but coming back with a special project
on Friday for a special BLOG HOP!
Plenty of prizes to so please come back if you have a chance.
Happy Wednesday.

~Dreaming Of A Forest~

Hello there, Hope your Halloween or Fall Fest went well. :)
Can you believe it is November 1st? Oh I cannot!
I will share Halloween photos tomorrow....but today...

It's time to think about Christmas cards and the brand new
release stamps from Avocado Arts.
I have had a lot of fun with this Very Merry set.
I really wanted to use the trees and create a forest, but make
one tree pop up as the Christmas Tree like all those Christmas movies we love.
I ended up taking the more vintage style approach and actually I love the card.
For the trees I inked the stamps in several colors to get a rustic look.
And quite frankly, every project needs stickles! LOL

NOW don't forget to check out the other girls! You are going to be inspired!
