Registration

ONLINE REGISTRATION is open. If you meet a problem while registrating and send an email through the online system, please put your name and email address in the email body.

Please notice that from August 28, refunds are not possible (orders for lunches, banquet, etc. are issued)

Early registration deadline is August 3, 2018. All fees are in Euros.

For every kind of accepted paper, at least one registration is required by the Camera Ready due date of the corresponding event and one author must present the paper in person.

Besides, a non-student registration fee (member or non-member) is required for each accepted paper at the main conference (research track), even if the presenter would qualify for student fees.

For attendees choosing the IEEE-ACM/SIG Member fees (resp. student fees), a membership document (resp. student card) will be requested.

Visa Letter

For those who need a visa to travel to France, a visa support letter can be issued by local organizers. Please send all requests to Megane Miquel (megane.miquel@lirmm.fr) with the following information:

  • Your name as it appears on your passport
  • Your nationality and the passport/travel document number
  • Your registration confirmation number (you must register before requesting a visa support letter)
  • Current postal mailing address
If you have any papers accepted for the conference/workshops/doctoral symposium, please indicate the title of your paper and where you will present. Also indicate whether you are the 'sole author' or a 'co-author'. Those requesting a letter should allow up to one week to receive it, as requests are handled in the order they are received. Please note that visa support letters are issued via email in PDF, and the email will be sent to the email address that you used to make your request.

Our service will be closed between August, 3 and August 20. Invitation letter requests must be made before August, 3 (5pm). Requests made after August, 3 will be managed from August, 20.
