From throne of Father David

Father God,
Thank you for revealing the status in your word,  through The ancestorsof Jacob and David (Luke) to Mary and all of us believers that the future generations will forever recognize The greatness of Jesus. This greatness is referring to Jesus status that Jesus is the Son of the Highest God. Your Word  that God will grant Jesus the throne and symbolizing Jesus eternal kingdom and His role as the Messiah.  Jesus divine nature and His unique position as the chosen one to fulfill  Your promises God.
In Jesus Mighty Name Amen 🙏

Luke 1:31-37
Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus. He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.”

"No room in the inn!"

Luke 2:11-14
For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
And this will be the sign to you:
You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.”
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying: “Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”

~~~Reflections~~~
"No room in the inn!"
"Placed is him in a manger!"
Isn't it interesting how God revealed Jesus to the world.
He entered the world as the child of a Jewish carpenter and a young virgin from a small town.
Born in a manger. "Glory to God in the Highest"
You hear some say. So sad, I say How prestigious to be greeted by an Angel and a multitude of heavenly host Praising HIM!
God wants us to notice those in need around us.
He wants it to be more than an annual good gesture at Christmas.
He wants us to be advocates for the widows, the poor and those around us  who are struggling.
We're not just told to be fair,
we are told to take the time for those in need.
When you do, do it for the Lord.
As the tender of the inn.
He didn't have much but he gave what he had.
A manger.
Sometimes when you don't have nothing to give,
you can be and advocate for those who are in need.
Lift up there needs in prayer.
 ~~~Prayer~~~
Lord, Make me more aware of those around me who need your love and grace.
Make me your instrument to help them and to serve them.
You supply all my needs. I ask that you would supply the needs to the.
poor, widows, lonely, to those who don't know you Lord.
I come as an advocate on their behalf.
Now I ask for the overflow of blessings to supply others needs.
Open my eyes to see Jesus in the faces of those in need.
Open doors of provision, for me also Lord that I may tend to your sheep.
In the name of my Jesus, Amen.

When your in the most difficult times, God is closer to you than ever

Luke 1:26-56

Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel
was sent by God
to a city of Galilee named Nazareth,
to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph,
of the house of David.
The virgin’s name was Mary.
And having come in, the angel said to her,
“Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you,
blessed are you among women!

When she saw him, she was troubled at his saying,
and considered what manner of greeting this was.
Then the angel said to her,

“Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.
And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son,
and shall call His name Jesus.
He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest
and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David.
And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever,
and of His kingdom there will be no end.”

~~~Reflections~~~
You may not even be aware of the impact you are making
in someone else life. Or maybe you are?
I doubt Mary knew how she was going to impact peoples lives.
What matters is how you deal with going through those
uncomfortable circumstances or situations.
Your actions affect how others see you.
Do they see your faith.
Your circumstances may not always be what you expect.
Change happens. It even happened to Mary and Joseph
Could you imagine if Mary had said....
"no, Lord"
"Now what am I going to do Lord?"
"I am not going to have time for myself, or things I desire."
"Ahhh My routine is all messed up!"
"All of my friends will be gone"
"I don't like being uncomfortable"
We should try to follow Mary's example.
Trust in the Lord. Have faith.
Mary may had a bit of fear at first.
I mean come on, if you saw the angel Gabriel
don't you think it might shake you up a bit?
She placed her trust in the Lord
Then Mary said,
“Behold the maidservant of the Lord!
Let it be to me according to your word.”
And the angel departed from her.
When your in the most difficult times,
God is closer to you than ever.
God has a purpose for this season and every season.
Rejoice that God is Mighty!
That He has dominion over every aspect of your life.
~~~Prayer~~~
Lord I am thankful you have dominion over every aspect of my life.
Let your will be done according to your word.
I rejoice in the conception of your Holy Son, Jesus!
For finding Favor with Mary.
I ask that you would find favor with me, and reveal
your Holy Spirit to me when I am in uncomfortable situations.
Remove any strongholds of fear, anxiety or doubt.
We give you the Glory! Amen.

Christ Born of Mary

Christ Born of the Virgin Mary Matthew 1:18-25

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows:
After His mother Mary was engaged to Joseph,
before they came together.

She was found with child of the Holy Spirit.
Then Joseph her husband, being a just man,
and not wanting to make her a public example,
was minded to put her away secretly.

But while he thought about these things,
behold,
an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying,  “Joseph, son of David,
do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife,
for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.

And she will bring forth a Son,
and you shall call His name Jesus,
for He will save His people from their sins.”
So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which
was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying...

“Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son
and they shall call His name Immanuel,”
which is translated, “God with us.”

Then Joseph, being aroused from sleep,
did as the angel of the Lord commanded him and took to him his wife,
and did not know her till she had brought forth her firstborn Son.
And he called His name Jesus. "Immanuel" "God with us"

~~Reflections~~~
Mary being a Virgin of flesh and blood.
and for the child Jesus was Miraculously
conceived in her womb was of the Holy Spirit.
A DIVINE MIRACLE!
As His Word spoke this world into existence.
Gods HIS Holy Spirit Miraculously, Supernatural Intervention had her conceive Jesus.

Matthew mentions the paternity of the Holy Ghost very quickly.
Before either Joseph or Mary are mentioned.
Some scriptures to references for the virgin birth are Matthew 1:18-25, Luke 1:26-38 Galatians 1-4
From the Old Testament prophetic message in Isaiah 7:14.
Christmas is more than just a tree, lights, gifts, jingle bells, holiday, or a birthday.
All through out the Bible, God has used days to remember things.
Nine major holidays and Sabbath days instructed by God in the Old Testament.
Seven of these were appointed feasts, meant to be a sacred time when the Israelites met with God. Three of these seven appointed feasts were pilgrimage feasts, when all Israelite males were required to appear before the Lord at the temple in Jerusalem.
Lets take a look at the celebration of the Birth of Jesus or also known as Christmas, from a Christian perspective. There is a lot of biblical basis, traditional observances, seasons, facts, and an interesting section revealing the fulfillment of the Messiah, Jesus Christ throughout the Bible.
Christmas No matter what day you celebrate it. Is a reminder that God did something so Divine and Holy. He sent his Son the Messiah for us, so we could be from sins and sickness. Give God Praise!
Christmas is a reminder GOD IS WITH US!

Make room in the inn.

Luke 2:6-7

So it was, that while they were there,
the days were completed for her to be delivered.
And she brought forth her firstborn Son,
and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths,
and laid Him in a manger,
because there was no room for them in the inn.

~~~Reflections~~~
If each of us is an innkeeper. Have you made room for Jesus in your life?  If not. There is still time.  Get on your knees, Raise your hands and Worship the King of Kings, Glory to the King of the Jews! the Messiah, the one who was born and died for your sins.
Make Room.. Pray this prayer.
Father, we thank you for grace. We are willing to make room for you in our lives. Forgive us of our selfishness, and our sins. Help us to always put you first. Help me to be the innkeeper who decides to make room, Who makes time for You and your Word. Holy Spirit we welcome you. In Jesus Christ Name. Amen.
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, Christ The Lord!
Glory in the Highest
Luke 2:11
Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night. And behold  an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid.
Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.
For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.”
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying
“Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”
So it was, when the angels had gone away from them into heaven, that the shepherds said to one another, “Let us now go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has come to pass, which the Lord has made known to us.” And they came with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the Babe lying in a manger.
Now when they had seen Him, they made widely known the saying which was told them concerning this Child.  And all those who heard it marveled at those things which were told them by the shepherds.  But Mary kept all these things and pondered them in her heart. Then the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen,
as it was told them.
~~~Reflections~~~
So fitting that GOD would have his Son, The Messiah, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Prince, Savior, High Priest, The One who will Sit at the Right Hand of God, be born in a Stable.  A stable.  Not in an inn, a hospital, or a fancy palace, for the things of this world mean nothing. For all we really need is the Lord.  Setting our minds on things from above, not on things on the earth. Glory to God in the highest! He has us focusing on the ONE thing that is most important. The birth of the Messiah. The Savior. The One who would die for you.

Acts 5:30-32
The God of our fathers raised up Jesus whom you murdered by hanging on a tree. Him God has exalted to His right hand to be Prince and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.  And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.”

Luke 12:36
(Credit to my grandmas wall for picture)
You yourselves be like men who wait for their master
when he will return from the wedding
that when he comes and knocks they may open to him immediately!
Jesus Christ is knocking on your door. Love Peace and Joy are yours. Open the Door!
