Insert Macro button does not work in trigger constructor on IE7 and IE8

      Insert Macro button does not work in trigger constructor on IE7 and IE8.

      JS runtime error "Line 12027, error: 'length' is Null or not object" happens when click the button.
      (Sorry, the message is translated from Japanese. maybe the message is not exactly same as English)
