Still getting "Undefined offset" errors screens using latest developer release zabbix-1.8.16rc1

      After upgrading from 1.8.8 to 1.8.15 (and subsequently to 1.8.16rc1), "Zabbix Admin" and "Zabbix User" types are getting the following errors on the screens page. (errors for screens appear to be the same as ZBX-5264, which was marked as fixed). Zabbix Super Admin does not see the error.
