Possible causes and solutions

Cause: Search Ads 360 can't resume the selected engine account because your credentials aren't valid or authorized to access the account. Perhaps your password has changed, or the authorization process is incomplete.
Solution: See the steps that follow to check the authorization status of the engine account and verify that your credentials allow Search Ads 360 to access the engine account.

Cause: For Microsoft Advertising accounts only. Search Ads 360 can't resume the Microsoft Advertising engine account because the timezone is not specified in the account.
Solution: You can’t add the timezone for the Microsoft Advertising account in Search Ads 360. You'll need to sign in to your Microsoft Advertising account and then go to the Account and Billings page to add the timezone for the account.
Check authorization status for all engine accounts for the advertiser

Navigate to an advertiser.

In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser.

Click Apply or press the Enter key.
Search Ads 360 displays the advertiser page, which contains data for all of the advertiser’s engine accounts.

Click the Engine accounts tab.
If the Authorization status column displays --- (dashes), Search Ads 360 doesn't check authorization.

Verify engine account access
You are required to link Search Ads 360 with the Google Ads customer ID.
- In Google Ads, accept the linking request from dart_search_google_mcc_ds3 number. Learn more about the steps to accept the request.
Search Ads 360 must be authorized to access your Microsoft Advertising engine account.

- Select the checkbox for the Microsoft Advertising account, click Edit, and then click Edit details.
- The Engine details section displays a message about the authorization status of the account. Follow the instructions in the section.

The password for your Yahoo! Japan account is incorrect.

- Click the Engine accounts tab.
- Select the checkbox for the Yahoo! Japan account, click Edit, and then click Edit details.
- In the Engine details section, verify that your Yahoo! Japan account ID and Application account ID are correct.
- In Application account password, type your password for the Yahoo! Japan account.
- Click Save.

Your Baidu password has changed or your Baidu API token has been regenerated.
Complete the following steps to enter your new password or token.

- Select the checkbox for the Baidu account, click Edit, and then click Edit details.
- The Engine details section, type your new password or Account API token, and then click Save.

Yahoo! Gemini

In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser.

Click Apply or press the Enter key.
Search Ads 360 displays the advertiser page, which contains data for all of the advertiser’s engine accounts.

- Click the Engine accounts tab.
- Select the check box for the Yahoo! Gemini account, click Edit, and then click Edit details.
- In the External engine account ID section, click the Reauthorize button.
- When prompted, enter your Yahoo! Gemini username and password. Click Agree in the confirmation message.
If you don't see a prompt, pop ups may be blocked by your browser. Be sure to allow the pop-up.

Close the Successfully linked to your account pop-up window.

In Search Ads 360, click Save.
