如果你的 Apple Remote (鋁殼或白色) 無法正常使用

以下說明遙控器無法正常運作時該怎樣做。

Apple TV (第 2 代和第 3 代) 隨附 Apple Remote (鋁殼)，而 Apple TV (第 1 代) 隨附 Apple Remote (白色)。

請先嘗試按照以下步驟操作

  1. 更換遙控器的電池。

  2. 從牆上插座拔除 Apple TV，並等待至少六秒，然後重新插上。

將遙控器連接至 Apple TV

  1. 解除 Apple Remote 與 Apple TV 的連結。在 Apple Remote 上，按住 Menu (選單) 和向左按鈕六秒，然後在 Apple TV 上，查看遙控器圖像上方是否出現「解除連結」圖像「解除連結」圖像。
