Investigating - We're currently investigating the cause of the Defense.com Endpoint Protection software failing to update.

Users may see the error: 'Installed engines version is newer than the one available on the update server. Error -2013' in their Event log.

Identified - We are currently working to resolve an issue causing delays in log ingestion on our SIEM platform.

As a result, customers are temporarily unable to view the latest log data via the SIEM functionality on my.defense.com.
