About Indiana Sports Betting
Indiana became the 14th state to legalize sports betting on May 8, 2019 and officially went live on September 1, 2019. Anyone who is at least 21 years of age, has a valid United States Social Security Number and is physically within the state of Indiana can bet with DraftKings Sportsbook there. It operates online sports wagering in partnership with Ameristar Casino East Chicago, LLC under their Certificate of Authority.
