STUDiiO HY From the family of Hey Yallah, STUDiiO HY is a relatively new space that sits above the popular coffee shop. They don’t have a regular yoga timetable; but instead offer up the venue for rotating pop-up classes with local yoga instructors. STUDiiO HY aims to be a dynamic space for community gatherings, having hosted various workshops including: breathwork, acro, soundbaths, Reiki, massage and Gua Sha. Many of our teacher trainees have shared that prior to taking up a teacher training, many of them worried that they were not ready. Let this be your sign - you may never feel ready, but sometimes it takes a leap of faith.
