Abciksimab (c7E3 Fab, ReoPro) antagonist je glikoprotein IIb/IIIa receptora. On je inhibitor agregacije trombocita. Uglavnom se koristi tokom i nakon procedura na koronarnim arterijama, kao što je angioplastika, da bi se sprečilo zguršavanje trombocita.[2] Abciksimab je Fab fragment himernog ljudsko-glodarskog monoklonalnog antitela 7E3.[3][4][5][6]
