He's the caern guardian and takes it very seriously, but in every other aspect of his life (especially in human/homid form) he's a big, affable punk. Easy going and generally friendly. This is what he and Anthony look like in homid form. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5423438/
Oh man, VERY cool! Bone Gnawers hold a special place in my heart. First tribe I ever played a character from :3 He was a Ragabash named Latch and he liked shiny things. But I do love be a big burly Ahroun. Um, is his weapon a stop sign with rebar sticking out of it? Because if so, HO DAMN AWESOME! :D It's sad to loose Garou to the fight against the Wyrm, but at least he went down with honor! And came back in your revised story! Whoo! Man I love reading about other people's RPG characters :3 Especially for games I actually play or have played. I look forward to seeing more of this guy.
The moment where Scratch is being ushered to the silver rivers of Erebus and Anthony -knows- he's going to break down is like the most dramatic, romantic thing I've ever come up with. Imagine Garou hell. That's erebus. The molten silver rivers simultaneously burn and heal the garou, keeping them in permanent agony until the taint is burned away. Scratch is about to snap and Anthony stops and says he'll stay with him in hell, on the shores, until he's whole again.
It's sick and terrible and dramatic and romantic and totally everything I want.
And the weapon is actually a garou fetish (if you know the terms). It's a bundle of rebars with a reinforced stop sign axe at the top and bent bars on the other side. He's had a spirit of obedience bound into the weapon that falls in line with his role as caern guardian. If the fetish is activated with gnosis and Scratch swings the blade into the ground in front of him, all foes immediately before him (about five feet, that fail the saving roll) must either retreat or cower.
Oh, notice the spikes protruding from his shoulder? In homid form he wears a studded denim vest that's spirit dedicated to him. When he shifts, the vest disappears into ephemera, but the spikes grow into his flesh and down his back.
I fucking love character design.

I am a HUGE sucker for dramatic and romantic ;___; Oh my goodness, his lover staying with him in Erebus is almost TOO MUCH! Oh lordy!
Hooray for the cairn guardian! Man, Bone Gnawer fetishes are always the best. Glass Walkers are too techy and shiny. Other tribes lack the necessity to fend for themselves living off the garbage of the cities. I know BGs get a lot of shit for being mangy dumpster divers, but their creative stuff is just the best. I find it kinda funny that there's a spirit of obedience bound into a stop sign XD But it sounds like it's got a VERY useful power! I need to help our Bone Gnawer get his paws on something like that (but he's kind of a dinky Theurge, so I don't know how he'd handle swinging an axe like that).
Also, that shoulder spike idea? AWESOME! Man, this guy has a really bad ass design :D I love that mohawk of fur running down his head and neck too. Er...I'd really love to sketch this guy sometime...if that's not a problem with you? His human AND wolf design are both rad as hell! :D
