After capturing that strange absol, who ended up being named Obsidianna, you were now sure on how to do the same with the missing mawile. She ended up telling you his name is Gly, and with her help you were able to once again set up a picnic table and "lure" him in.
Obsidianna's been...recoded to be loyal to you. Her personality and everything is the same, she's just literally incapable of helping you capture her husband. So as she distracted him by talking to him about the situation and meeting you...you ended up capturing him just like you did Obsidianna!
With her help you were able to "defeat" him and add him to your party. So far no new mechanics were added...until you saw a new option...
Training.
So far you unlocked being able to capture passive pokemon in your camp, and now you can train them?...
You had to explore this option, and you knew who to use too...
And thus here we have you "ev training" Gly in hp with the help of your new "EV Trainer" ditto that Reecees manifested for you. This is quite an enjoyable feature~
But you do find it strange that she hasn't shown up again to congratulate you...and that you still have 1 masterball left...

so obsidianna is your wife? :) and honestly of who's doing this to your family it doesn't seem too bad i mean since your all not being trapped forever ^^ i guess you both would have to be explained to of why :)
Gly, Reecees and Obsidianna are all married with each other. The story here is that Reecees orchestrated this with the help of the viewer.
