Zarya x Fables

This holds dear memories from my time living in Toronto, where I had a little nest with a dear friend, the very same one who introduced me to the furry fandom by dragging me to Furnal Equinox 2014. The convention was in March, but this painting, commissioned by Fabes, was completed in February of that year - I was apparently a phoenix back then, even before I knew what furries were. We both created our gryphon fursonas not too long after, independently and coincidentally.
This digital painting was printed out to something like 3 feet wide, framed, and hung above our mantle for a couple years until the day we struck camp and parted ways for the next chapters of our lives.
