SALMON & AVOCADO ROLLS 🥑✨
Looking for a delicious and healthy idea? These salmon and avocado rolls are the perfect combo! Credits to: @keto_dieta_top in instagram. Ingredients (makes 10 pieces): 🥑 1 ½ avocados, sliced into strips 🐟 60g smoked salmon 🧀 50g fresh goat cheese (or any fresh cheese) 🥗 20g mixed greens Preparation: 1️⃣ Arrange the avocado slices overlapping on plastic wrap. 2️⃣ Add the smoked salmon slices on top. 3️⃣ Spread the fresh cheese over the salmon. 4️⃣ Place the greens in the center and roll it all up. 5️⃣ Refrigerate the roll for 1 hour, then slice into 10 tasty portions.
