When I moved to Pre-K, I completely changed how I ran my classroom. I went to a more center based, student led system, as opposed to a teacher led classroom. I have always done a four station rotation in my classroom when I taught Kindergarten. I am doing the same in Transitional or Pre-Kindergarten. One station is usually an independent, play-based center.
