Hayley Madigan on Instagram: "My current Training split for 6 days per week focusing on Full Body Strength 💪🏼 As someone who is conditioned to train frequently, for me 6 days a week with one rest day works really well - but sometimes I’ll add an extra rest day in during the week if I feel like it need it especially if I’m due on! I don’t typically do cardio, this means my body isn’t overly stressed from this volume of training because weight training for me doesn’t cause too much stress to my body (unlike hiit/intense cardio does). I do however love my sprints, I do these either on the stair master or at an incline on the treadmill for about 15-20 mins - max once a week! This is mainly for heart health and cardiovascular fitness - but I also do it because I love it!
