Ailine Liefeld on Instagram: "This was really just a “simple” flour test and I ended up filming all of it because I could feel after mixing that it’s gonna be working so lucky you to get another look into how easy a 100% hydration dough can come about with nothing but good flour, time and a few folds. Because this is really all I did. No autolyse, no adding water in steps, no extensive mixing. The flour I used is from @la_farms and my eyes get a little wet talking about it, because I got to actually work with that farm to improve the flour they already got and also create a new “blend” that is gonna have my name on it. 🥹 But back to this dough.
