Ingredients: 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! biscuits 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried parsley 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Flatten each biscuit and place a cube of mozzarella in the center. Fold edges over the cheese and pinch to seal into a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Mix butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over biscuits and sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Serve warm. Filling: 5 oz mozzarella (cut into 18 pieces). For Brushing: 2 tbsp butter, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp parsley (chopped), 1 clove garlic (minced). Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and garlic powder. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in buttermilk to form dough; refrigerate 10 mins. Roll dough to 12x15", cut into 18 pieces, and wrap each around a mozzarella piece. Bake on parchment-lined sheet for 15–18 mins. Melt butter with garlic, parsley, and salt. Brush over hot cheese bombs. Serve warm!
