Cinnamon Applesauce Springerle Ornament Recipe: 1/2 cup apple sauce 3 oz cinnamon 2.5 tablespoons Elmer's Glue Mix the applesauce and glue. Add the ground cinnamon until the dough is stiff like clay. Let it rest 30 minutes. Roll the dough to 5mm using dough guides. Dust the surface of the dough and the mold with ground cinnamon. Press molds into dough. Dust off any excess cinnamon before baking. (It will not come off afterward.) Bake at 200 degrees F for 2.5 hours on parchment.
