Winter comfort - Chicken Shorba 🍗 😍 Recipe: 1 tsp ghee/oil 1 onion, finely chopped - Sauté for 2 minutes 300g bone-in chicken pieces 1/2 inch cinnamon stick 1 green cardamom pods 2 cloves - Sauté for 5 minutes. - In a blending jar add 1 tsp black pepper 8-10 small shallots 6-7 garlic cloves 1/4 cup coriander leaves 1 inch ginger 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/4 cup water - blend until smooth. - Add to the chicken. To this add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste) - Mix and cook for2-3 minutes. 2 &1/2 cup water 1/2 lemon juice - Pressure cook for 4 whistles. - Serve piping hot - Enjoy ☺️
