Everyone has to discover for themselves what drives him more in his job. Passion, talent or money. Of course it is optimal if we keep all these items in balance. But I see passion as an indispensable aspect in everything we do.

💭 Follow your passion or follow the money? What are your thoughts? In high school, when we were tasked with figuring out what we wanted to do with the rest of our lives (yikes), counselors would often advise: “Follow your passion! The money will come!” For me, college & career decisions weren't about passion, but about stability & peace of mind. Read the blog post for 5 reasons I think "follow your passion" isn't necessarily good advice for young people.
