I had feathers that were full of glycerin rivers, I had 33% lye concentration so I could keep my soap batter fluid longer, then added TD because I substituted Olive Oil for an oil I ran out of and put it in the oven!!  What a mistake - too much water plus TD.  They would have been really cute...now I've cut them,  they are half the size and will be good for the grandchildren!
