"The Inferno" NC Fit Benchmark WODUse a single Barbell, reducing the load in the Barbell before each round of Deadlifts. The workout should take advanced to intermediate athletes between 7-12 min. This benchmark chipper-style workout was designed by NCFit by and demoed by owner and CrossFit Games veteran Jason Khalipa. In his video, Jason completed the WOD in ~8 minutes (using Rx+ loads, 185/205/225 lb) for the Deadlifts.
