This short yoga flow is designed to help you unwind and relax before going to bed. If you tend to have trouble falling asleep, performing restorative yoga before bed can be helpful. In this evening yoga flow we do restorative postures with no props needed. We also work on quieting the mind to prepare ourselves for sleep. This flow starts with a brief meditation using a mudra to help us be grounded. We end in shavasana to really make sure you are relaxed and tired. It is about 15 minutes long.
