The film is narrated by clips from an interview with a man known as Piolin. Piolin began fishing as a teenager in the small Mexican town of Kino, on the Sea of Cortez, and details changes to his way of life. Most importantly, he describes how overfishing and the ocean's crashing fish populations have opened a space for drug traffickers to invade his coastal community. Written by Anonymous See less
