Trapped in his apartment, he experiences a regression in his state of modality. Samuel's life shifts from everyday normality to an ulterior darkened pantheon of dreams. Samuel must traverse the three stages of guilt, horror and acceptance whilst encountering visions of his worst nightmare "The Pale" a portent of death.
