In Bhagvad Geeta, Lord Shri Krishna had assured the human kind that whenever the evil forces take over the earth, he will incarnate himself in a human form and take birth to destroy the evil forces and establish the rule of law. He will always protect the good from the evil. In today's era of Kalyug, the evil forces have become so rampant that the Lord manifests himself and descends upon Earth to help the pure and pious people from the evil forces. It is rightly said, there is delay in God's house but not darkness or denial. It is this absolute faith in the Almighty that keeps the world going. The show premise is social with embedded with instances of divine interventions. Yashodha is a firm believer and follower of Santoshi Mata. She believes that Mata has bestowed blessings on her in form of her little daughter, Aastha. Aastha's life is destined by spiritual and divine powers to fight the evil and spread eternal bliss in the nowhere going era of Kalyug. The evil force in this story is symbolized by our main antagonist, Rajaji who is the self proclaimed God of Devipur and believes that he should be worshiped by everyone. He manipulates the innocent villagers of Devipur in several ways for his own benefits. He has seized their lands and is involved in heinous activities such as child labor. He forced the children of Devipur to work in his factory in inhuman conditions. It is the journey of Yashodha and Aastha, who with their faith and devotion are determined to stand-up against the evil atrocities and the evil doings of Rajaji and restore peace in Devipur.
