When Kaleb fails to kill Viola he is taken hostage by her coven and their 400-year-old leader, Lila. During his captivity, Kaleb and Viola form an unexpected bond. Their connection threatens to disrupt the plans of Kaleb's pack leader and Grandfather, Randolph Fenrir. Randolph plans to revive the dying Fenrir bloodline through his granddaughter (Kaleb's 13-year-old sister) Channing.
