He loves to have fun solving problems through stories and play, in particular when he and his friends meet new people from outside the village. Who Who lives above the clock tower at Tiny Hill Station at the heart of Big Forest with his mum, Mother Who, the station chief. Every episode a train arrives and Mother Who welcomes someone new to the tiny community of Tiny Hill as they alight and wait for their connecting train. Little Who Who gets to know the new arrivals and learn who they are and what they do in the world.
