Swantje helped her "big" brother Sönke out of serious difficulties and as a single mother she is fully there for twelve year old Jule. And yet nobody really thanks her. Quite the opposite: Swantje's father actually relies solely on the unreliable Sönke, who would like to sit in the nest when it comes to the company's succession, and her daughter, who is pubescent, is rehearsing the rebellion. Swantje lacks the strength and nerve to deal with her mother. Britta comes to visit her family after 20 years, which she once left for a new love. Swantje would prefer to limit the contact to the bare minimum, especially since notarial matters have to be arranged for the airport. Britta would like to finally make up with her deeply injured daughter. Swantje soon realizes that her mother is serious - and that she can definitely help her. When Jule puts herself in danger on an adventure hike by the junior rangers through the Wadden Sea, Swantje learns for the first time that she can rely on all the other Hansens. See less
