Arriving in the Argentine city, nothing seems to go right for the four friends: they have to sleep in a freezing chalet, because Karen forgot to make the hotel reservations; Josie has to wear a cloak because she is allergic to ice; and Lud, a mother of three, can't get as much sleep as she wants.
