Roy and Dean are given the job of checking up on illegally operating taxi drivers and discover that a driver has a stolen video recorder in his boot. Jaz is investigating the brutal attack on an Asian youth and it becomes clear that Roy is implicated in the assault. Natalie organizes a night out to celebrate her becoming a sergeant but Mel changes her mind about attending and catches a flight to a Spanish resort.
