Dávila continues to do tests on Vilches, who is feeling unwell. Cruz notices Vilches acting very strangely towards her. Laura has left Aimé and wants to collect her things from his house. Héctor wants to keep working at the hospital and asks the others for help, but it's doubtful that he can have a place; he phones Gabriela but the chemotherapy is making him feel so ill that he doesn't ask. A new 40-year-old resident, Mabel, arrives in the hospital. On the street the SAMUR unit finds a beggar from Sevilla; he has no health problems, but Salva wants to bring him to the hospital so he can have a place to spend the night, but Eva is against it.
