Marvin is the wealthy and one time college pal. Unknown to either of them, they both seek the hand of a charming young lady whose creditor-hounded parents' desires are for a well-to-do son-in-law. However, the girl's affection leans toward Ralph. In the meantime Ralph enlists the aid of his wealthy pal in the matter of financing the motor factory.
