Their luck appears to change when they meet Hope, a spunky real estate agent, who has a "charming" house to show them with a decent price. The house appears quite rundown, so Sofie has to convenience Denis to consider the dogs and give it a closer look. Dennis becomes suspicious when Hope refuses to go into the creepy basement but insists the couple goes ahead while she takes a phone call outside. In the basement, Sofie and Dennis finds something they didn't expect. But is it enough to turn them away from what may be the only affordable house that will take their beloved pets?
