He invites Professor Vydra to the mountain village of Vetrová, where he practices medicine. He decides that the "trip" will combine the pleasant with the useful - he will relax and at the same time help his friend with a case. But fate wants it otherwise. Upon arrival, he learns that Honza Vlk has broken his leg, so he decides to cover for him in his absence. But a medical practice in a small village is different from a clinic in Prague.
