On the second day, after they leave, we might try to pull ourselves together. We might pretend to be strong as if everything would continue as usual. However, can our heart remain the same? Kouji, a Japanese who studied in Taiwan, works for a Japanese company in Taiwan after he graduated. Within a few years, he marries his Taiwanese girlfriend and officially becomes a Taiwanese son-in-law. After he gets married for two years and starts planning to have a baby with his wife, a tragedy falls upon him: his wife dies in a car accident. After the funeral, the tired Kouji returns to his house and avoids the world outside. On the second day, he goes to work as usual, but he distances himself from the concern from his neighbors and colleagues. After work, Kouji does not go back to the home without his wife.
