Gunn realizes the importance of the makeovers to the seven as a physical manifestation of their weight loss journey, which they may not have fully realized until this time. They will get a chance to share this moment of their new selves with loved ones from home. At a get-together with all seven and their loved ones, Bob announces that those loved ones will be going to the ranch, for what they believe will be a workout with the trainers. Instead, they all learn that one loved one per contestant will be helping in a last chance challenge, a race entailing moving weights from one end of a field to another, and pulling a weight-filled sled across that field. The winner of that challenge receives a stay at a Biggest Loser Resort with that loved one, and a one pound advantage at the week's weigh-in, at which there will be a yellow line. The contestants realize that the makeover may have negatively impinged on their workout time for the week, and thus are all anxious at the weigh-in. Written by Huggo See less
