My account seems to be very vague, slow and unhelpful. 1. I can't create a BTC account. It says 'I have exceeded the number of times I can create" yet I don't have the account. 2. The only currency available on the exchange rate calculator is only USD and EURO. When I try to select another account, the app collapses. 3. I would like link my "MPESA" account to this app for my deposits and withdrawals, but I can't find it? 4. The customer support option on the app doesn't work.

"Finally! Perfect Money has added the much-needed 'Account Deletion' feature to their app and web platform. This feature gives users full control over their accounts and personal data. With just a few clicks, I can now permanently delete my account if I choose to do so. This is a huge win for user privacy and security. Kudos to Perfect Money for listening to their users and implementing this essential feature! I hope you're earlier this added in your App. Thanks

This app is a waste of time. It logs you off anytime without any reason. Logging in several times is very annoying. The verification takes years. Government issued ID submitted was declined more than 10 times demanding for coloured copy. Should I go and create another one by myself ? Same documents accepted by great exchanges. I don't know why companies demand for PM as means of legal tender.
