It's two and a half inch wired ribbon. I cut that ribbon into strips of 7 inches. I used five different kinds of ribbon and you'll need twenty-four strips of each design. You'll need about five yards per design. Once I had all of them cut, I took a few at a time folded them in half and fishtailed the ends or dovetailed whichever you prefer to call them. I went ahead and took some twine and cut a bunch of strips of that just to have that prepared. I then took each ribbon and pinched it in the center. I alternated patterns using one of each pattern for each bundle. Alright, so we start with this little wreath that I had gotten at Dollar Tree and this fabric I had gotten at Joanne Fabrics and all I'm going to do is kind of figure out where I want the fabric to be in relation to my wreath and then I'm just going to rough cut it out. Then, I put some glue on the top rung of our wreath and get our fabric on there. Now, I am using it's not a silicone mat but it's like a matte that it doesn't allow the glue to stay.
