Local food processing (food nusantara) results from fields, gardens, surrounding gardens in the p... more Local food processing (food nusantara) results from fields, gardens, surrounding gardens in the province of East Nusa Tenggara are generally still simple, which is limited to steaming, boiling, burning and frying. To improve the role of better local food in the community (fulfillment of food, community nutrition), it is necessary to implement ap-propriate technology namely local food processing techniques into processed products that have good taste, good shape variations, safe for consumption, and can also commer-cialized. In connection with the description above, activities have been carried out "Bimtek Processing of Food Crops in Natatoto Village, Wolowae District, Nagekeo Re-gency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, 24-26 October 2018.
The output targets to be achieved through this training program include improving human resources who are more skilled in processing food crops according to local areas (local food) to meet the food and nutrition needs of the community and at the same time a source of income through entrepreneurial activities of processed food products "
