Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• go to Special:Globalvanishrequest
• don't put anything in the reason field
• don't qualify for automatic vanishing
• submit the request

What happens?:

• When the reason value is presented to special:globalreanamequeue the value is "User notified of global name conflict in preparation for SUL finalization"

What should have happened instead?:

• The value should be preserved, if it is null it should still be null
