Add tracking category for pages with Charts

Description

When rendering a chart, add the page the chart is on to a tracking category.

Open questions:

  • What should the name of the tracking category be (in English)?
  • Should there be only one tracking category for all pages with charts, or should there be a separate tracking category for each chart type? (or both?)

Acceptance criteria:

  • All pages with charts are added to a category
  • The name of this category is translatable/customizable through an i18n message
