Forward and transclude flag status options are not retained when editing an existing interwiki prefix
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Bug: I've confirmed a minor, somewhat niche bug with the Interwiki extension wherein the forward and/or transclude flag statuses are not retained when editing an existing interwiki prefix on a given wiki. Note that this exists when editing either the global interwiki table (here, on Miraheze's Meta Wiki) or a local interwiki table (such as this one on Public Test Wiki, hosted by Miraheze).

Reproducable on; Public Test Wiki, Loginwiki, and more

What should happen: The blue forward and transclude checked boxes should be retained when editing an existing interwiki prefix, so as not to inadvertently disable a setting when making a change to another flag or URL.
