I've rewritten the Scots Wikipedia (scowiki) Main Page to use TemplateStyles and work correctly on mobile without transformation. The special casing can be disabled now.

@Zoranzoki21 feel free to merge the 2 patches for scowiki and itwiki into a single patch. If you have the time I also have quite a few other projects I need to disable listed on T32405 which is on my todo list. No worries if not!

@Jdlrobson I think that is better to have 2 patches, so if one project no looks good, I haven't to revert it for each two and make another patch.
