Abstract
The present invention relates to the liquid and solid substance distribution vehicle (1) in the air, which allows the distribution of solid or liquid materials in a coordinated and more efficient manner by means of unmanned aerial vehicles, depending on the purpose of use from the ground, that is, from the air to the ground. The operating energy and the liquid distribution substance to be distributed are contained so as to distribute them in a coordinated and more efficient manner by means of the power station (6) located in the body (2) of the liquid and solid material distribution vehicle (1) in the air.
Description
LIQUID AND SOLID SUBSTANCE DISTRIBUTION VEHICLE IN AIR
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to the liquid and solid material distribution vehicle in the air, which allows the distribution of solid or liquid materials in a coordinated and more efficient manner by means of unmanned aerial vehicles, depending on the purpose of use from the ground, that is, from the air to the ground.
The operating energy and the liquid distribution substance to be distributed are contained so as to distribute them in a coordinated and more efficient manner by means of the power station located in the body of the liquid and solid material distribution vehicle in the air.
Prior Art
Today, distribution of fire extinguishing liquid or water in forest fires or areas that are difficult to reach brings the need to control the fire before it progresses. Fire brigade trucks and personnel have difficulties to reach said difficult zones.
Connecting an unmanned aerial vehicle to the hose of the fire truck and the unmanned aerial vehicle evacuating water from the air to the fire zone is disclosed in the Turkish Patent document numbered TR 2019/21693, which is a development related to the subject in the art.
However, the unmanned aerial vehicle rising over the fire truck with the hose, running out of energy while operating in the air and only one aircraft functioning in the system reduces the efficiency in the fire extinguishing process in the referred document.
Description of the Invention
The liquid solid distribution vehicle in air realized to achieve the objectives of the present invention is illustrated in the accompanying figures.
In these figures;
Figure-1 is a view of the inventive liquid solid material distribution vehicle in the air.
Figure-2 is a top view of the inventive liquid solid material distribution device in the air.
Figure-3 is a view of the liquid solid material distribution vehicle in the air showing its operation with unmanned aerial vehicles connected.
Figure-4 is a view of the power station of the inventive liquid solid substance distribution vehicle in the air.
Figure-5 is another view of the inventive liquid solid material distribution vehicle in the air.
Figure-6 is a view of the transmission pipe cable of the inventive liquid solid substance distribution vehicle in the air.

The inventive liquid and solid distribution vehicle (1) in air comprises the following;
-A body (2),
- An intervention arm (3) that is located on the front upper part of the body (2), provides the collection of trees and similar objects that prevent the vehicle from moving forward, Track and wheel group that are located at the bottom of the body (2) and allow the vehicle to move on the ground,
- Jets that are located on the lower sides of the body (2) and ensure that water is sprayed around the vehicle (1) when necessary,
- At least one tanker (4) that is located in the body (2) into which the substance is fed and contains the liquid or solid substance to be used,
-Airport (5) that is located on the upper surface of the body (2) and where the unmanned aerial vehicles (8) shelter
Power station (6) located in the body (2) that has balance mechanism (6.1) that connects the central unit (6) to the body (2) and ensures that the unit (6) remains in stabilization, and a tower (6.3) that is located at the top of the balance mechanism (6.1) and carries the roller mechanism (6.2) thereon and in the high position and a roller mechanism (6.3) that provides the transmission of the transmission pipe cable (7) to the unmanned aerial vehicles (8) located on the tower (6.3).
The balance mechanism (6.1) of the inventive liquid and solid distribution vehicle (1) in air comprises the following;
Bottom plate (6.1.1) connected to the body (2), Upper plate (6.1.2) located in the upper part and connected to the tower (6.3),
- At least three pistons (6.1.3) located between the bottom plate (6.1.1) and the upper plate (6.1.2) and which ensure the constant stabilization of the power station (6).
The tower (6.3) of the inventive liquid and solid distribution vehicle (1) in air carries the pulley mechanism (6.2) on the vehicle (1) at high point. Thus, when the unmanned aerial vehicles (8) take off efficiently without carrying a certain load, they are in the airborne position, it is connected to the transmission pipe cable (7) from the roller mechanism (6.2). Furthermore, the ventilated unmanned aerial vehicles (8) reach the transmission pipe cable (7) in a high position without being caught by trees and similar objects in the environment. Liquid fuel containing operating energy for the unmanned aerial vehicles (8)or preferably electrical energy is transferred into the transmission pipe cable (7).
In addition, liquid or water is contained in the transmission pipe cable (7), which enables the fire to be extinguished.
The tower (6.3) of the inventive liquid-solid substance distribution vehicle (1) in the air descends to a horizontal position on the vehicle (1) by means of the hinges located at the bottom so that the vehicle (1) can move during movement. Furthermore, the vehicle (1) moves forward by getting smaller on the body (2) of the vehicle (1) by entering into each other with its telescopic structure and reaching a horizontal position.
The most important part of the inventive liquid solid substance distribution vehicle (1) in the air is the part of the power station (6). The balance mechanism (6.1) in the part of the power station (6) ensures that the tower (6.3) remains stable in all terrain conditions. The tower (6.3) provides the positioning of the roller mechanism (6.2) at the top position. The roller mechanism (6.2) connects the transmission pipe cable (7) to the unmanned aerial vehicles (8) that take off while in the air. Thus, the transmission pipe cable (7) is connected to a plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles (8) one after the other. Simultaneously, a plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles (8) take part in extinguishing the fire in an uninterrupted manner without running out of operating energy and fire extinguishing fluids. In addition, unmanned aerial vehicles (8) take off without carrying loads and operate without running out of energy and fluids, thus gaining efficiency with the invention.
The tanker (5) is used by containing the substance according to the purpose of use preferably in the fire extinguishing process, in the agricultural spraying process, in the dyeing process, in the defense arms industry and in the processes of containing various chemical liquids with the inventive liquid solid substance distribution vehicle (1).
Claims
CLAIMS Liquid solid substance distribution vehicle (1) of the present invention comprising of a body (2), an intervention arm (3) that is located on the front upper part of the body (2), provides the collection of trees and similar objects that prevent the vehicle from moving forward, track and wheel group that are located at the bottom of the body (2) and allow the vehicle to move on the ground, jets that are located on the lower sides of the body (2) and ensure that water is sprayed around the vehicle (1) when necessary, at least one tanker (4) that is located in the body (2) into which the substance is fed and contains the liquid or solid substance to be used, airport (5) that is located on the upper surface of the body (2) and where the unmanned aerial vehicles (8) shelter and characterized in that; the present invention comprises a power station (6) located in the body (2) that has balance mechanism (6.1) that connects the central unit (6) to the body (2) and ensures that the unit (6) remains in stabilization, and a tower (6.3) that is located at the top of the balance mechanism (6.1) and carries the roller mechanism (6.2) thereon and in the high position and a roller mechanism (6.3) that provides the transmission of the transmission pipe cable (7) to the unmanned aerial vehicles (8) located on the tower (6.3). Liquid solid substance distribution vehicle (1) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises balance mechanism (6.1) that has bottom plate (6.1.1) connected to the body (2), upper plate (6.1.2) located in the upper part and connected to the tower (6.3), at least three pistons (6.1.3) located between the lower plate (6.1.1) and the upper plate (6.1.2) and which ensure the constant stabilization of the power station (6).
